Your initial diagnostic, results consultation, and learning plan are complimentary. Additional private proctoring or instructional test reviews use purchased hours.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time and the full tutoring time returns to the student’s balance.
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time normally uses the scheduled tutoring time because the tutor reserved that time for the student.

What to bring on test day
- Charged testing device with Bluebook installed and exam setup complete
- Current Bluebook admission ticket, preferably printed
- An acceptable physical photo ID
- Pens or pencils for scratch paper
- College Board account sign-in details
Optional: a charger and an approved calculator if your student prefers it to the calculator in Bluebook.
